Baby Boy NY_Z was at his 4 - years and 7-months' when his parents came in touch with the NSFA Autism Consultant. They learnt from a friend of theirs, in Dhaka and got in touch.

Baby Boy NY_Z had moderate to Severe PDD characteristics.

• Could not utter clear word
• Hyperactive, jumping
• Poor eye contacts
• Could not take instructions
• Pencil gripping was difficult
• Little imitating capabilities, not learning from the environment
• Even with continuous speech therapy support, Baby Boy AN_Z could not do better
• Both parents were warried and could not find a possible way out even the travelled many countries
• Has irritation with waters, did not like to paly with waters
• Could not exercise swimming

His CNS (Central Nervous System) was not be able to articulate necessary instruction. Baby Boy AN_Z was degenerating fast.

 

IMPROVEMENTS AFTER NSFA TREATMENT

A complete constitutional standard was developed after in-depth questioning and due diligence. A set of remedies including homeopathic and herbal contents, were selected. Some natural accelerators were selected, A developmental communication format was provided.

Baby Boy AN_Z began to improve. Eating behaviour improved. The Mom reported giving consistent eye contact and words with in 2 months of starting the administration of the remedies. Emotional connectivity and vocal functions kicked off; Baby Boy AN_Z was advised to attend ABA/IBI therapy program. The Boy started giving 3-4-word sentences within 2nd Cycle of treatment.The parent's commented that the boy slowly developed understanding of prepositions, adjectives and verbs (Autistic Children generally would only understand Nouns and Pronouns). Boy AN_Z exhibited phenomenal improvement within 8 cycles of treatment in his social behavior, intelligence level and started interacting better with her siblings, relatives, and friends. Both parents tried their best to help the child.

The latest: Baby Boy AN_Z was examined by NSFA consultant. Still the boy has some negative behavioural issues. He needs more ABA and IBA to modify existing behaviours in to expected behaviours. His educational and school interactions were much better.

*Note/Conclusion: Baby Boy AN_Z progressed categorically and made miraculous progress in terms of vocabulary, social relationship, communications, and intelligence. His further challenges would be getting across age appropriate studies, negative behaviours and adapting to new social situations. NSFA consultant suggested slow withdrawal of treatment, more people engagement and behaviour modifications. NSFA recommended engagement of special tutors to make studies interesting.

The parents wanted more treatments focussing his cognitive areas as such Treatments are ongoing to uplift the boy's cognitive deficits.

Dear Parents,

My son, Abyan who is currently 7 years old is the center of attraction at our home. We live in a joint family and Abyan is the key entertainment in our big home. When he was 2 yrs, we expected that he will start talking as other kids do. However it seemed something is wrong and he probably is not responding to what we were talking with him. We didn't see any abnormality earlier. However initially we realized that his response to his name or call for anything is not making a difference in his life. We got bit worried and thought probably he cannot listen adequately. Went to the doctors, after making several try we could do hearing test while it is a very difficult thing to conduct for a little kid who do not respond to majority of the instructions.

We thought things will get normal, came across doctors who said he has little autism and we must give him enough therapies; speech and physical so that he starts responding. We lived in different countries after that and despite continuous therapies we did not see any significant improvements. The development seemed to be stuck somewhere.

We came back to Bangladesh in 2015 and one of my colleagues mentioned about Mr. Jahangir (an Autism Consultant) who came from Canada. Being a parent of a special child, we had been trying to do anything possible but for last couple of years it made us feel that other doctors actually do not have any idea what exactly needs to be done. All other hospitals or doctors were taking advantage of our emotion and telling us what the probable cause of the way is my son behaves. But solutions are not at all new; they talk about only doing interaction and therapies.
