This is a very difficult but dramatic story to defeat Autism. The Mom of the Boy HN_T led a courageous fight against Autism where the chances of improvement were very little. The boy was at the brink of complete degeneration of the CNS (Structure of the Central nervous System). Nothing except a flickering remnants of hope came out as he was saying good-bye to the NSAF Consultant at Dhaka Regent Hotel room with his mom he tried to utter ” aabaaar ..aassssoo ! (meaning, “come again”.. very broken ..just a hash hash utterance Boy HN_T tried to say! Boy HN_T observed that this gentle man and a lady who tried to talk to him very affectionately, take so god care of him, spent 2.hours time with emotion, sympaty and mind when he was leaving the room he actually wanted to say You people please come again (or Yes, he would come again) Oh! What a moment! The NSFA consultant took a firm guess and decided on the cognitive base of this boy. The boy was 10+ years of age, he wanted to give Baby Boy HN_T case a pass! Told the Mom, it will be very long journey. But your boy will speak with some difficulties.The courageous mom took the journey along with her brave son and to speak truly, the NSFA Consultant established his faith on words “the quest and struggle against the odds of life and diseases” “Darkness may shadow the life with despair, its quest and hope that brings Sunshine”. Boy HN_T is an extreme case and example to all Hat’s off to this Mom from the NSFA Global Inc. and its team!
Baby boy HN_T – was at 10 – years and 4-months. HN_T’s Parents were referred by another mom, who knew the Parents of DH_M of Riyadh, KSA. The child was treated by NSFA consultant while he was in Riyadh.
- The Boy HN_T had severe ASD features.
- Perceptual process was constantly fading out
- Could not produce clear words except hints
- Had poor eye contacts, no connectivity with surroundings
- Lacked locomotor connectivity and capabilities
- Pencil gripping, writing and number senses were absent
- Lacked numeracy
- Could not try a try-cycle independently. No imitating or counting capabilities
- All other numerous ASD issues. anxieties, issue with skins, metabolism, etc.
The Mom was a responsible banker. They travelled up to various places etc. to get their son some treatment support. They failed to get any real result. Boy HN_T was degenerating and appeared helpless.
NSFA consultant spent times with the family. Made it sure that the parents understand the process, struggle, and continuity. Till they were fully convinced,
NSFA STEPS:
Both parents were interviewed in-depth. A complete constitutional plan was structured.
The parents were conveyed a specific point, that the treatment of Boy HN_T will be going through a prolonged and disciplined treatment. If they are not willing to embrace that journey, they may decide otherwise. The Parents agreed with a decision, that they want to go to the last to bring back their Son to the stream of life. (They in fact succeeded!)
An administration plan was developed. It was stated that the child will require 2.5 to 3 years to get to optimum level of improvements through NSFA treatments. The 12 Months targets were initially discussed. The 3 year’s target was discussed as the Baby boy HN_T gets to that point.
IMPROVENT AS TREATMENTS CONTINUES
- Baby BOY HN_T began to recover with in 6th month of the treatment.
- Eye contact improved.
- Emotional connectivity and vocal functions.
- As he started talking better, Boy HN_T was advised to attend ABA/IBI therapy program.
- The Boy started giving 3-4-word sentences within 3rd Cycle of treatment.
- The parent’s commented that the boy slowly developed understanding of all part of speeches including adjectives and verbs.
- Baby HN_T exhibited phenomenal improvement within 8 cycles of treatment in his social behavior, intelligence level and started interacting better with his siblings, relatives, and friends. Both parents tried their best to help the child.
Latest Updates on Child HN_T: Lately, Boy HN_T was examined by NASA consultant in Dec. 2020. The consultant already proposed that except some cognitive issues, Boy HN_T is doing fine. The parents, if want to, can discontinue treatment. The Boy has reached his maximum. He should continue to keep in pace with necessary support programs and constantly involved in education and skills training program.
Note/Conclusions: Baby HN_T progressed categorically and made substantial progress in terms of vocabulary, social relationship, communications, and intelligence. His further challenges would be getting across age appropriate studies, negative behaviours and adapting to new social situations.
The Boy HN_T is now a young Man of 19. Through treatment and training, he defeated his vocal in-capacities. He became intelligent and become analytical. He performs numerical calculations, could produce up 10 times table, does shopping, runs bike, and got Cognitively sound and imaginative.
His mom reported to NSFA Consultant that in the last week of December, 2019 : Boy HT_N was saying ..Mom,\you know, ” The blue sky is seeming like a great ocean < to me “!!. This is wonderful!
Many areas of deficits are getting addressed of this young Man has come out ..
- From Echolalia to straight sentences (mostly ..)
- Developed intelligence
- Memorized up to 10 times table
- He conducts shoping
- Runs a bike
- Gossips with neighbourhood people and shoppers but not typical
- Going to schools
- His memory level has been improved
- Crossed the challenges of puberty
- He is getting everyday better.
NSFA consultant cleared the Mom that Boy HT_N can be free of treatment. He has probably reached the most . But to everyone’s surprise, Boy HN_T continues to give out more words, sentences, learning and cognitive developments. It’s unique and so rejoicing!

NSFA consultant suggested withdrawal of treatments and engagements. NSFA recommended engagement of special tutors to make studies interesting. The parents wanted more treatments focussing his cognitive areas as such Treatments are ongoing to uplift the BOY’s additional cognitive deficits.
Parental References/ communication (emails) and Developmental communication form/ Milestones: Baby HN_T was very closely followed. The parents were extremely supportive to the boy.

Some email correspondence between NSFA consultant and the Mom are published below. These shall provide some idea on the struggle that the mom was and is carrying on.. These correpondences were helpful to NSFA global and can come out very emotionally supportive to many mom’s and dad’s. Dear Ms. Khan,
This is a good piece of note.
We will discuss the subject as I come to Dhaka end October.
We must develop the capacity to perform structured comprehension. This is delicate. He must be able to do necessary comprehension and tell that in expressive languages. Lot of diligence and practices are required as he develops further.
We will discuss how listening to small stories, he delivers significantly meaningful expressions.
He has many words, he has intelligence, and he is coming out of his twisted words (ecolelia). He needs practice, and I am sure, with medications, he will improve in this area as well. And, he has got you as a very caring mother.

I have no problem if you go slow with Anonto. The most important thing is that Anonto is my soul mate now. There are many other languages that are more powerful than verbal speech. We can now exercise that language. (Now) Anonto has the ability to look into my heart directly that I enjoy with my heart’s content. I feel very light then though I am in the ocean of problems. I need this feeling badly to move forward.
I told you about the speech speed because he must adopt with official language in which he is poor due to extra ordinary strength in soul speech. He should gain the capacity to interchange the weight between these two whenever necessary. ..

I am working on his remedy plan. Taking good time for advancing the Cognitive deficits that he has. You remember that last time I was focused on his conversation and twisted talks (echolalia). I am very pleased that my remedies are successful there.
I am sorry, these have to go slow, and there are risk if we want to move fast. But, I am sure, that have the entire panorama of Anaoto’s problem are in my control. He will do much better. I will still have the complain, I should have gotten your BOY before 5 years of age!!! But, the best thing Anonto got “you” an arduous Mother.

According to our last discussion I want to mention about Anonto’s telephonic conversation which I want to be more confident. I feel there is a gap which he can deliver naturally and which he delivers over phone. I think he cannot go with the speed of conversation of the other part over phone. Normally we are more speedy with phone than face to face talking. That creates problem for Anonto. He has gained strength in voice and speed also. At this moment if possible, his speech delivering speed should be geared up as per my analysis.

That’s superb! I specially worked that out based on Anonto’s constitution. I generally do not provide the general medications to ASD children. But this is so pleasing that this great boy is helping all of us to be successful!
This is such a exciting news that Anonto is becoming a very typical young person day by day. His fathr should be working with him to provide some boy-to-boy association. There are challenges, and everybody should work together!
I am happy on all these developments. I will be researching out more..I hope that Anonto comes up better day by day. I am very eager to meet Anonto in End October 2018.

Anonto is going very good. Very recently he faced high fever for two days only. Now he has recovered completely and gained his usual force. I think he got cold. One interesting thing is that you told me last time that I should try Spl_4 in case of cold and your word has been actualized. Did you know earlier that he would be affected by cold ? You never told me before like that specially mentioning cold. I didn’t apply Spl_4 because of short duration of cold and fever. Other medication was and is going smoothly.
Anonto is becoming pleasing day by day. You know how I think and what I expect through series of email discussion. There may be huge gap in the way of long journey. But that does not matter because Anonto has given me his best. I am happy with my boy. I think you can picture Anonto’s condition going beyond what he can do and what he can’t.
Let me know if you have any other definite query about Anonto.
